Joanna’s Nannies is a fully licensed, insured, and bonded agency. Every caregiver is employed by us. Payroll, taxes, workers' compensation, and insurance are ours to handle and are built into our rates. Our caregivers are experienced, CPR & First Aid certified, and thoroughly screened and evaluated for professionalism and commitment to exemplary care.

Which Service is Right for You?
Temporary care is for occasional or short-term needs such as school breaks, support while traveling, or coverage when your usual care isn't available. Our Membership program is for families who want a consistent caregiver, whether for a season or for years, with a team supporting you and your caregiver along the way. We build each membership around your family’s schedule and needs.
Pricing & Policies:
As an agency that values our caregivers, we recognize the importance of paying livable wages in every location we serve. Our rates are reflective of this and the work behind the scenes of screening, scheduling, and a team supporting you and your caregiver.
Important Policies:
Overtime: 1.5 times the hourly rate applies over 8 hours in a day, 40 hours in a week, and on holidays.
Temporary care: Shifts that begin before 5pm have an 8-hour minimum. Shifts that begin after 5pm have a 4-hour minimum.
Membership program: The schedule and hours per shift are customized to each family we serve.
