The Joanna’s Nannies Office Staff is dedicated to creating a supportive work culture that provides stability, flexibility, and work-life balance! We have a dynamic team of administrators that work across multiple countries and states. While our team is remote we have honed our skills through organization and efficiency. Our staff prioritizes respectful communication through our nanny-centered agency in the spirit of achieving a common goal; to provide personalized childcare solutions for our clients and fostering a diverse and inclusive nanny community!
Joanna | Founder
Joanna has cared for children for almost 15 years and still works with them on a regular basis. She has worked as a professional nanny in many capacities and now focuses on newborns in her work as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist. She also works with many families on an occasional basis to help with transitions, sleep training, and travel nanny services.
Joanna loves working with children and families and especially enjoys helping during the early stages as well as traveling with many of her previous clients.
Jolene | Client Relations Manager
Jolene discovered Joanna’s Nannies as a newborn care client, working with Joanna for the care of her son. Jolene has fifteen years of professional experience in client relations, operations, and program development. She is passionate about the services that Joanna’s Nannies provides and partners with the team to ensure the heartbeat of our agency is rooted in quality, reliability, trust, and continuous improvement.
Jolene enjoys working on creative projects with her son, seeking out restorative time in nature, and reading and researching about childhood development.
Matt | Temp Coordinator
Matt brings a strong background in healthcare, having worked as a home health aide with both adults and children. His experience in patient care has given him a deep understanding of the importance of reliability, organization, and personalized support—key qualities in his role as a scheduler. Passionate about creating seamless experiences for families and caregivers, Matt ensures efficient scheduling that meets both client needs and caregiver availability. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, he aspires to combine his healthcare experience with technology to develop innovative, client-focused solutions in the workplace!
Alexandra | Human Resources
Alexandra is based out of Fort Worth, TX. She has served families for over 10 years, between providing childcare services, and working as an Early Intervention Specialist for children with disabilities.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences at Texas State University in order to further her passion for child welfare. Alexandra has firsthand experience as a Nanny and is a strong advocate for the Nanny industry, as she knows what it takes to provide excellent service!
Brook | Operations Manager
Brook joined Joanna's Nannies after several years working in healthcare, bringing with her a passion for helping others. Since joining the team, she has taken on the role of Operations Manager and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology. She enjoys taking on new challenges and is grateful to work alongside a team that is always willing to support one another.
When she's not at work, Brook enjoys spending time with her son and family. Being a mom has given her a deeper appreciation for the families Joanna's Nannies serves and the importance of having people you can count on.
Kayla | Scheduling Coordinator
Kayla has extensive experience in finance, leadership, and people development, she is passionate about helping people thrive both personally and professionally. She is actively involved in community development initiatives and believes strongly in creating opportunities that strengthen the communities where we live and work. As a mother of five children, ages 18 years to 9 months, she understands the challenges of balancing career and family and the importance of trusting others with your children's care. Her professional expertise and personal experience allow her to connect with families on a meaningful level and support them in finding the reliable childcare solutions they need.
