Service
Most agencies consider their work done at placement. Ours is just beginning. We journey on to support your family and your cargiver relationship.
Every caregiver in our program is employed by our agency. We are responsible for scheduling, payroll, taxes, state filing, workers' compensation, and insurance. This allows you to focus on what matters most, which is building a genuine relationship with the person caring for your family.
Nanny vs. Family Assistant
Most families are juggling hectic lives and can benefit from not only childcare, but also other responsibilities that help a household to run smoothly and a family to thrive.
A Nanny focuses primarily on childcare and child-related tasks to provide the attentive and consistent presence your children need.
A Family Assistant blends the nanny role with dedicated household support including, school-day transportation, managing extracurricular activities, helping with homework and school projects, grocery shopping, meal prep, and light tidying related to the children and daily routines.
Both roles adapt to your family's unique rhythm and needs, bringing organization, order, and ease to daily life.

A role designed around your family: We shape the position around your schedule and unique needs. For full-time positions, we also guide you on the hourly rate and suggested benefits. A well-designed role attracts exceptional candidates and supports a lasting relationship.
Personalized matching: We have a staff of exceptional caregivers. If we are not able to service your position with a current caregiver on staff, we will recruit to find the right fit for your family.

Let’s Get Started!
To get started, there is a one-time registration fee of $600, which covers your onboarding, dedicated care provider search, and the first two months of membership. After that, membership continues month-to-month at $175/month. If you choose not to proceed after meeting candidates, the two-month membership cost of $350 is fully refundable.
Once you are an established client, we bill every Monday for the prior week’s shifts, and the membership fee is billed monthly.
