REQUESTING BACKUP CARE NANNIES

To work with one of our nannies, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Reach out to your backup care provider to initiate the booking process.
Step 2: When filling out your request, make sure to specify Joanna’s Nannies in the agency area.
Step 3: If you're unsure of the nanny's name, you can click the ‘Our Team’ page on our site, and select your location to view the nanny’s profile.
Step 4: Place the Agency, and Nanny’s name in the designated fields (Please be sure to enter in the correct fields versus placing in the notes section).
After placing a request, please copy the case number or booking number and text it to our phone number (707)509-0094 to ensure awareness of your booking.

Feel free to coordinate directly with the nanny regarding their availability. To make sure our nanny is available to work with you, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance.
