 Joanna | Founder

Joanna has cared for children for almost 15 years and still works with them on a regular basis. She has worked as a professional nanny in many capacities and now focuses on newborns in her work as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist. She also works with many families on an occasional basis to help with transitions, sleep training, and travel nanny services. Joanna loves working with children and families and especially enjoys helping during the early stages as well as traveling with many of her previous clients.

Victoria | Director of Operations

Victoria is a native Texan with nearly 8 years of childcare experience. She has worked closely with children who have special needs and loves helping kids discover their potential. Victoria obtained her BA in Public Administration at Texas State University and has paired up with nonprofit groups to promote the importance of health and fitness in young children’s lives. She joined the Joanna’s Nannies team in 2018 and is determined to aid all current and future employees in their success as Director of Operations!

Adriana | Scheduling Coordinator

Adriana's career in childcare includes working in a daycare with children of all ages and as a professional nanny for six years. She also taught art to special needs adults for three years before switching to admin work. Adriana has since become a proud mother of 3 and is excited to be apart of the Joanna’s Nannies team. She understands that finding reliable, trustworthy childcare can be tough which is why she finds it fulfilling to assist our families with care. Adriana resides in our Wine Country location and loves assisting our temp, membership and events clients throughout all of our locations!


Sara | Backup Care Coordinator

Sara is a mother of two and lives in Colorado. She has a passion for children and currently volunteers with Douglas County Early Childhood Collaborative and has recently joined the Early Childhood Colorado Partnership with the Steering Committee. She manages our Corporate Backup Care program and the 4 companies we work with in providing backup care throughout all of our locations. She is happy to be a part of the Joanna’s Nannies team.

Allie | Recruiter

Allie recently returned from her travels in Europe to settle in our Tahoe region with her husband. From her years of nanny experience to leading summer camps and teaching kids at her church, she has worked with kids since a young age. She especially loves teaching and helping kids with their reading and writing as those are the two things that she is most passionate about! She graduated in 2018 with her B.A. in Biblical Studies and plans to continue her education in the upcoming years. Allie is thrilled to work with Joanna’s Nannies as their new Recruiter since she understands how important it is to find reliable, kind hearted, and experienced nannies for the families that they serve.

Haley | Marketing Intern

Haley is a Senior at Oregon State University double majoring in Marketing and Management. Haley’s passion for kids stemmed from being a volunteer camp counselor as well as a ski team coach for ages 7-10 at Squaw Valley. Haley joined the Joanna' Nannies team in April of 2019 as Marketing Intern to focus on marketing initiatives. She is very excited to start her career with Joanna’s Nannies while finishing her final year of undergrad.
