Requesting Backup Care Nannies

Joanna's Nannies is here to simplify the process of finding and booking the perfect caregiver for your family. Trust us to provide reliable and experienced nannies who prioritize the well-being and happiness of your children!

To work with one of our nannies, please follow these simple steps:

• Log in to the dedicated portals provided by BrightHorizons or Care@Work to initiate the booking process.

• When filling out your request, make sure to specify Joannas Nannies in the agency area.

• If you're unsure of the nanny's name, you can find our nannies' profiles here by location.

• Do not input this information in the notes area; instead, place it in the designated agency and nanny fields.

• For additional inquiries, please reach out to BrightHorizons or Care@Work support.

• Feel free to coordinate directly with the nanny regarding their availability. To make sure our nanny is available to work with you, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. 

• After placing a request, please copy the case number or booking number and send it to our contact number to ensure awareness of your booking.

If you wish to extend the hours with your chosen nanny, you are more than welcome to do so! For detailed information on how to proceed, please refer to our membership page and temp page. Explore the options available for hiring our nannies for additional hours and find the solution that best fits your needs. We are committed to providing flexible and reliable childcare services tailored to your requirements. Please note that temporary and membership packages are paid out of pocket.
